1. Set the service area before you set the call path
Your firm may describe its service area as Clifton, Passaic County or a broader New Jersey practice area. Those are not interchangeable. Clifton is a municipality in Passaic County, and the Census estimate applies to the city—not to every household, individual or nearby community.
