1. Define the geographic coverage before asking for reviews
Chester’s official geographic relationship is specific: Chester township is in Morris County, New Jersey. Your firm may serve Chester, other Morris County communities, or a broader New Jersey area, but those service boundaries should be stated accurately. A review profile cannot by itself establish that a firm serves every nearby municipality. Nor does the township’s population estimate prove that a particular practice area has demand. Before implementation, identify the locations and practice areas that belong in your public profile, website language and review-request context. This prevents a reputation program from drifting into vague “near me” claims or unsupported local positioning.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review your current Google Business Profile, service-area language and review destinations against the geographic scope you actually serve. Decide which location references are appropriate for Chester and Morris County, and which should be omitted because they do not reflect your practice. Treat any local search observation as dated context to investigate, not proof of future visibility or inquiries.
