1. Start with a team-first answer path
Bosseo describes a routing model in which every call rings your team first. If nobody answers within 20 seconds, the AI steps in. That makes the first implementation decision operational rather than technological: identify which people or queues should receive the first ring, and define what “unanswered” means for your existing phone system. A Burlington-serving firm may receive calls connected to the township or elsewhere in Burlington County, but the census geography does not tell you which callers are prospective clients, current clients or non-client callers. Use your own call records and staff knowledge to map those distinctions.
Recommended approach
Bring your current phone-tree, business hours, overflow rules and after-hours practice to the review. Decide whether the first ring should reach a general intake line, a practice-area team or another designated owner. Ask Bosseo to show how the 20-second fallback would interact with your existing number and forwarding rule before adopting it.
