1. Start with the Bogota service area, not a population assumption
Your firm may serve people in Bogota, elsewhere in Bergen County, or a broader New Jersey market. Those are different geographic scopes, and a Bogota population estimate cannot tell you how many people are searching for a lawyer, which matters they have, or whether your current intake is underperforming. It can, however, give you a precise place boundary for a conversation about service coverage. Bring the locations you actually accept, any location limits by practice area, and the matters that require a more careful jurisdiction review.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to evaluate whether the intake should begin with location and matter type, or whether those questions belong later in the path. Keep Bogota, Bergen County, and New Jersey distinct in the wording and in any routing decision. Do not make population a proxy for demand.
