Its public product page says each practice area can have its own question path and that the survey can be weighted toward the work a firm wants to grow. That makes the first decision a legal one, not a population calculation. Recommended approach
List the practice areas you actually want the website to support. For each one, define the minimum information needed to decide whether the matter belongs with your firm, needs review by a particular person, or should not proceed to a consultation request. Keep those rules separate by practice area rather than assuming one form works for every visitor.
