1. Start with the Rindge geography you actually want to measure
A dashboard is only as useful as the geographic questions behind it. Your firm may serve Rindge, other parts of Cheshire County, or a wider New Hampshire market. Those are different reporting scopes. The Census record identifies Rindge town and its relationship to Cheshire County; it does not show where prospective clients search, call or retain counsel. Ask Bosseo to distinguish town, county, state and any other service areas in the proposed measurement plan rather than treating one population estimate as a demand forecast.
Recommended approach
Write down the geographic labels that should appear in reporting before the consultation. Ask which rankings, calls, leads and matters can be reviewed by location, and what each location field means. If the answer is not clear, keep geography as an acceptance criterion rather than assuming the dashboard will answer it.
