1. Design the intake around the matters you accept
Bosseo describes a separate question path for each practice area and says the survey can qualify inquiries by case type, urgency and fit. Its public page also describes weighting toward the work a firm wants to grow and screening for price-sensitive or low-fit inquiries. Those are product descriptions, not a reason to assume that every Franklin visitor should follow the same path. A firm serving Franklin and Merrimack County should first distinguish matters it accepts in the city, matters it accepts elsewhere in the county and matters outside its service area. The city’s population estimate is not evidence that any particular practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
Bring a current list of accepted and declined matter types to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how each path would identify the practice area, basic geographic eligibility, urgency and the information your team needs before deciding whether to respond. Keep legal-advice questions out of the initial qualification path unless your firm approves them.
