Its public product description also says each practice area can have its own question path and that the flow can be weighted toward higher-value work. That gives you a useful design question: which answers should determine whether an inquiry is reviewed, routed, scheduled or declined? Dover’s population estimate does not answer that question. Your practice mix, geographic service area and acceptance rules do.
Recommended approach
List the practice areas you want the website to address, then identify the minimum information needed for an initial review. Keep legal advice out of the intake and make clear that submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship unless your firm separately agrees.
