1. Set the geographic footprint around the clients you actually serve
Bosseo’s public product page describes two broad scope choices: a whole-state footprint or a footprint limited to selected counties. Concord’s recorded county relationship is Merrimack County, so a Concord firm can use that relationship as one fact to examine when deciding whether county-based coverage matches its intake area. The city itself should not be treated as a proxy for all of New Hampshire, and Merrimack County should not automatically be treated as the firm’s complete service area. A firm may serve Concord while declining matters elsewhere, or it may accept cases across New Hampshire. Those are business decisions, not conclusions available by population data.
Recommended approach
Before discussing page count, list the municipalities and counties where the firm accepts consultations, the matters it will take, and any geographic limits imposed by practice or licensure. Ask Bosseo to show how that list would translate into a proposed footprint. Keep Concord and Merrimack County distinct in the plan, and do not expand coverage merely because a larger geographic set is technically available.
