1. Define what “Claremont” means in the dashboard
The Census record identifies Claremont as a city in Sullivan County. That distinction matters when a firm reviews performance. A Claremont city view, a Sullivan County view and a broader New Hampshire view are not interchangeable. Nor should population be treated as a proxy for the number of prospective clients. Ask which place names, service areas and keyword targets belong in each view, and keep municipality, county and state reporting separate.
Recommended approach
Bring a written geographic definition to the consultation. Decide whether the primary review concerns Claremont city, Sullivan County, New Hampshire, or more than one of those areas. Require each chart or ranking summary to identify its geography so partners do not compare unlike territories.
