1. Start with the bottleneck, not a feature list
A custom build should begin with a task your team can describe in operational terms. Examples include re-entering the same information, checking a shared inbox, answering recurring status questions or maintaining a referral spreadsheet. Bosseo’s public Custom Software page describes client portals, intake tools, internal dashboards, referral trackers, document intake flows, calculators and integrations between existing systems as possible build types. That does not mean every item is appropriate for your firm. For a Spring Valley practice serving clients across Clark County, first identify where work crosses people, locations or systems and where ownership becomes unclear.
Recommended approach
Bring one concrete process to the consultation. Record who starts it, what information they receive, where it is entered, who approves the next step and what happens when nobody acts. Ask Bosseo whether custom software is warranted or whether an existing product is sufficient.
