Define the geography before you read the totals
The dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads and city data, but a location label does not settle what a firm means by its market. Scottsbluff city and Scotts Bluff County are different geographic scopes. A report that combines them may answer a different question from one limited to the municipality. The Census record identifies Scottsbluff as a municipality in Scotts Bluff County; it does not establish client demand or the territory a law firm serves. Ask Bosseo to show how a city, county, state or other target is named in the reporting and how overlapping targets are kept from being counted as one market.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic definition into the review criteria. Decide whether each tracked target is meant to describe Scottsbluff city, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska or another explicitly selected area. Then ask how the dashboard displays that choice beside rankings, calls and leads. Do not use the population estimate as a forecast. Use it only to keep the geographic conversation precise.
