1. Define the geography before you interpret the numbers
The U.S. Census Bureau records Nebraska City as a municipality in Otoe County and gives the city a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 7,369, with a margin of error of 21. That is geographic and population context, not evidence of legal demand, competition, search volume, leads or revenue. The dashboard page says it can show keyword rankings, lead data by case type and city information. Those labels still need a precise operating definition for your firm: does “Nebraska City” mean the city itself, searches mentioning the city, a service area around the city, or the location associated with a call or form?
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how a Nebraska City target is separated from Otoe County, statewide Nebraska coverage and any other locations your firm serves. Approve a geography definition before using location data to compare practice areas or allocate budget.
