1. Define the geography before you interpret a number
Crete city and Saline County are different geographic labels. A dashboard view for Crete should not silently be treated as a county-wide view, and neither should be confused with Nebraska as a whole. The Census record identifies Crete as a municipality in Saline County and gives a population estimate for that city only. It does not show where legal inquiries originate or establish that Crete residents are searching for a particular service. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard text says its reporting can show rankings by service-and-city target and can identify which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions a first-order implementation question.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how Crete, Saline County and any broader Nebraska targets would be named and separated. Decide whether your review should examine city-level activity, county relationships, statewide visibility or another geography your intake records actually support. Do not combine those views merely because they appear on one screen.
