1. Start with the geography you actually serve
Chalco is recorded as a census-designated place in Sarpy County, Nebraska. That distinction matters when you review attribution. A report for Chalco CDP is not automatically a report for all of Sarpy County, the Omaha metropolitan area or Nebraska. Likewise, a population estimate describes people, not households, searches, inquiries or retained matters. Your firm should decide whether a lead is considered local because of the visitor’s location, the page they viewed, the service area named in the inquiry or the address associated with the matter. Those are different questions.
Recommended approach
Use the consultation to define the geographic labels you need to review. Ask whether a journey can be examined by the pages and channels relevant to Chalco, while keeping Sarpy County and any broader service area distinct. Do not treat the Chalco population estimate as a forecast. Treat it as context for choosing the boundaries of your review.
