1. Define the service area before you pay for a lead
Blair and Washington County are not interchangeable with the entire Omaha metropolitan area, Nebraska, or every place your firm may be willing to serve. The Census record identifies Blair as a municipality and records its county relationship as Washington County; it does not establish where prospective clients search, where your lawyers accept matters or how Google will display an ad. Bosseo’s public Local Service Ads description refers to practice-area categories and service zones being set deliberately. That makes geographic scope an early decision, not a detail to change after spending begins.
Recommended approach
Write down the places your firm actually serves, the places it will travel to or advise remotely, and any locations it does not want to target. Ask Bosseo to review whether Blair, Washington County and any additional approved service areas should be treated separately. Keep the initial scope tied to capacity and licensure rather than using population as a proxy for demand.
