1. Define what “Beatrice” means before reviewing ROI
A dashboard can produce a misleading answer when geographic labels are loose. The Census record identifies Beatrice city and its relationship to Gage County; it does not establish demand, competition, search volume, cases or revenue. Your firm may serve Beatrice, other parts of Gage County, or a broader Nebraska territory. Those are different reporting scopes. Decide whether a city label, county label, service area or another agreed geography should appear in reporting. Also decide whether a call or matter is considered local based on the caller’s location, the requested service, the page visited or the firm’s own intake classification.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic dimensions are defined and displayed before treating a city or county comparison as an ROI finding. Record the chosen definitions in writing, including how out-of-area inquiries, referrals and duplicate contacts are handled.
