1. Define what “Havre” means in the dashboard
Your firm may discuss Havre, Hill County, Montana or a broader service area, but those labels are not interchangeable. The Census record identifies Havre city as a municipality in Hill County. Bosseo’s public dashboard text says it can show service-and-city keyword targets, city data and which cities produce calls. That makes geographic naming an implementation decision rather than a cosmetic filter. Ask how a target such as Havre is represented, how Hill County is represented, and how statewide tracking would be separated from both. Do not use the city’s population estimate as evidence that a particular practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
Bring your preferred geographic definitions to the review. Ask Bosseo to show how city, county and state views are distinguished, what counts as a tracked target, and how you would identify a call associated with a place without overstating what the data proves.
