1. Set the footprint around Bigfork and Flathead County
Bosseo’s public product description says a firm can choose statewide coverage or limit the footprint to selected counties. Bigfork is recorded in Flathead County, so a Bigfork-focused discussion should distinguish the community from the county rather than treating them as interchangeable. The 2020–2024 ACS estimate describes the Bigfork CDP only; it does not describe every household or individual in Flathead County and does not establish that residents are looking for legal services. Your actual service area may also include places outside Bigfork, but that is a firm decision, not something population data can answer.
Recommended approach
Begin by listing the Montana counties and cities where your firm accepts matters, not merely places where you would like visibility. Decide whether a Flathead County footprint is accurate, whether Bigfork should receive a page for each selected service, and what geographic boundaries should be excluded. Ask Bosseo to show how the selected footprint would be represented before approving broader coverage.
