1. Start with the unanswered-call path
Bosseo’s public AI Answering page says calls go to the firm’s team first and that the AI steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow. That creates a specific decision for your firm: identify the calls that currently reach voicemail, remain unanswered during a busy period, or wait for someone to return them. Do not use Webster Groves’ population as a proxy for those calls. The city’s 23,712-person estimate describes the municipality; it does not measure your firm’s callers or after-hours demand.
Recommended approach
Map your existing call path by time and outcome. Ask Bosseo to show how unanswered calls would route, what happens when several calls arrive together, and how your team can distinguish a new inquiry from an existing-client call. The public page states that the system can handle up to 20 simultaneous calls; confirm how that capacity would apply to your selected phone arrangement before deciding.
