Use Union’s geography to define the review, not to predict demand
Union is recorded as a municipality in Franklin County, Missouri. That exact relationship matters when you decide which calls belong in the review: calls from people in Union, calls involving Franklin County, and calls from elsewhere in your service area are not automatically the same population. The Census population estimate is useful for identifying the place being served, but it cannot tell you how many people will call, which practice areas will appear, or whether your team needs more capacity. Intake Coach can give you a way to examine the conversations you actually receive rather than substituting population for operating evidence.
Recommended approach
Set the review boundary by your firm’s service policy and matter eligibility. During a consultation, ask how calls should be grouped by geography, matter type, referral source, and disposition. Keep Union and Franklin County labels precise so later comparisons do not mix municipality, county, and broader Missouri service areas.
