1. Start with the geographic boundary, not a population assumption
Your firm may serve Town and Country while also accepting matters elsewhere in St. Louis County, across the St. Louis metropolitan area or throughout Missouri. Those are different geographic claims and should not be collapsed into one audience. The Census record identifies Town and Country city as a municipality in St. Louis County. It does not show where your clients live, which legal services they seek or how they find counsel. For reputation work, that distinction matters because a profile and review request should represent the firm’s real service footprint rather than imply that every nearby household is a potential client.
Recommended approach
Before changing review activity, define the locations your firm actually serves, the locations it names publicly and any practice-specific limits. Ask Bosseo to evaluate whether your Google Business Profile, website location references and review language are consistent with those boundaries. Treat Town and Country as one defined service location within St. Louis County, not as proof of market size or likely conversion volume.
