1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing ROI
The dashboard page describes city and case-type data as decision inputs, including questions about which cities produce calls. For a Smithville practice, that makes geographic definition an implementation issue. Smithville’s recorded county relationships are Clay County and Platte County, so a report should distinguish Smithville from either county rather than silently treating them as the same market. The city’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 10,705, but population is eligibility evidence only; it does not establish legal demand or marketing performance.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geography is represented in the dashboard and how you would separate Smithville, Clay County and Platte County. Decide whether your firm wants city-level, county-level, statewide or another explicitly defined view. Do not approve an ROI interpretation until the location field, service area and case-type labels have owners.
