1. Start with geographic definitions, not a headline number
The dashboard page describes rankings, leads and case-type information, including city data. For a firm serving Ozark, that makes geographic definition a decision point. Ozark city and Christian County are not interchangeable, and a firm may serve people beyond the municipality. Before reviewing performance, ask whether a city label means the searcher’s location, the page being measured, the service area selected, or another rule. Also separate households and individuals from the municipality itself. The Census estimate identifies Ozark city and its county relationship; it does not tell you how many people need a lawyer or how many will contact your firm.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area definition to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in rankings, leads, source attribution and any city-level view. Accept the dashboard only when your team can explain the geographic scope of each relevant metric without guessing.
