1. Make the unanswered-call path explicit
Bosseo’s public AI Answering description says calls go to your team first. If nobody answers within 20 seconds, the AI can pick up, greet the caller and guide the conversation. It is presented as a backstop for missed calls rather than a replacement for the front desk. That distinction matters when your firm serves Olivette from an office elsewhere in St. Louis County or covers a wider Missouri territory. The city relationship alone does not tell you when callers arrive or who is available to respond. Review your current phone routing by time of day, lunch periods, court schedules, meetings and simultaneous calls. Then decide which unanswered-call conditions should trigger the AI.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to map your existing number and unanswered-call rules into a team-first routing plan. Confirm which calls should remain with staff, which should move to AI Answering and who owns the callback when the caller is classified as a potential new client, current client or other.
