1. Start with the profile clients actually compare
Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes automated review requests, review responses, a negative-review protocol and dashboard reporting. The page also says the service is intended to help firms build genuine reviews from real clients. For a Manchester firm, the first decision is geographic: does the profile accurately represent Manchester, St. Louis County and any other areas the firm actually serves? Manchester is a municipality in St. Louis County; it should not be presented as though the city, county and metropolitan area were interchangeable. Review the profile’s address, service-area language, practice descriptions and contact paths against the firm’s real operations.
Recommended approach
Before changing the review program, document which locations and service areas the firm is prepared to serve. Treat the Manchester population estimate as eligibility context only. Compare the profile’s current review count, rating, recency, unanswered reviews and public responses with the firm’s own records. Do not assume that a larger population produces more inquiries or that more reviews automatically produce qualified cases.
