1. Start with the geography your firm actually accepts
The Census record identifies Kennett city and its relationship to Dunklin County. It does not establish that every resident is a prospective client, nor does it describe the full service area of a law firm. A Video Intake path should therefore begin with the locations your firm is prepared to evaluate, not with a population-based assumption about demand. If your practice serves Kennett only, the intake can reflect that boundary. If you also accept matters elsewhere in Dunklin County or Missouri, those distinctions should be made explicit during review.
Recommended approach
Write down the locations that affect eligibility, venue, consultation ownership or referral. Ask whether location is an early screening question, a routing question or simply information for the first conversation. Do not use the city population estimate as a forecast of submissions.
