Define the journey before you judge ROI
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard description presents one view for rankings, calls, leads and revenue-related information. It also describes lead classification, case-type tags, forms and intakes, source attribution, and trends over time. Those labels matter because “call,” “lead,” “matter,” and “retainer” are not interchangeable. A Clayton inquiry might be outside your practice, come from an existing client, or concern a location beyond your service area. If those contacts are counted alike, the dashboard may answer the wrong business question.
Recommended approach
Before booking, write down the stages your firm uses: inquiry, qualified prospective client, consultation, retained matter and revenue. Ask how each stage would be defined, who can change a classification, and how duplicate or irrelevant contacts would be handled. Decide whether your reporting should distinguish Clayton from the rest of St. Louis County; do not treat the city’s population as a forecast of cases or receipts.
