1. Start with the Barnhart service boundary
Barnhart is a census-designated place in Jefferson County, Missouri. If your firm serves Barnhart, the intake should make the firm’s actual service area clear rather than treating a place name as proof that a visitor is eligible for representation. A visitor’s location may be relevant, but it is only one part of an intake decision. Practice area, incident or matter type, timing, conflicts, urgency and the firm’s own acceptance rules may matter as well. Bosseo describes Video Intake as a guided survey that qualifies inquiries by case type, urgency and fit. The product page also says each practice area can have its own question path. Those capabilities support a review of how Barnhart-related inquiries should be handled, but they do not establish how many such inquiries exist.
Recommended approach
Write down the geographic rule before selecting questions. Decide whether the firm wants one flow for Barnhart and Jefferson County, a broader Missouri flow, or a different boundary for each practice area. Then identify which location answers should trigger review, referral, rejection or a request for more information. Do not use the ACS population estimate as a forecast.
