1. Use Barnhart as a defined service area, not a demand forecast
Barnhart is a census-designated place in Jefferson County, Missouri. That relationship matters when you review whether an inquiry fits your intended service area and whether reporting separates Barnhart from the wider county or other places your firm serves. It does not establish how many people search for a lawyer, which practice areas are needed, or how many inquiries a firm should expect. Bosseo’s public product page describes Lead Attribution as a way to see a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions, intake answers, and later outcome information in one journey.
Recommended approach
Decide which geographic labels your firm needs before reviewing attribution. At minimum, distinguish Barnhart from Jefferson County and from any broader Missouri or metropolitan-area reporting you use. Ask whether each record can be interpreted without collapsing different geographic scopes into one number. Measure the sources and outcomes actually recorded; do not use the Barnhart population estimate as a proxy for marketing performance.
