What does Lead Attribution show for a lead?+
Bosseo’s public description says the record can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. It also describes connecting calls and tracking outcomes through consultation and signed case. Confirm the exact record and scope for your firm during consultation.
Can it show whether an inquiry came from a University or Lafayette County page?+
The public page says attribution can identify landing pages and, where applicable, city pages associated with cases. That makes page-level review possible to discuss, but it does not establish that a particular University or Lafayette County page currently ranks or produces inquiries.
Does the Census population prove that my firm needs more intake capacity?+
No. University’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 5,315, with a margin of error of 130. It is geographic context only. Capacity decisions should use the firm’s actual inquiry, call, qualification, ownership and follow-up records.
Can phone calls be included?+
Bosseo’s Lead Attribution page says calls can join the same journey, including the web session that produced the call, transcript and case-type tag. Ask how your phone process would be connected and what your team must do, if anything.
Will attribution guarantee rankings or signed cases?+
No claim about University rankings, leads, signed cases or revenue should be inferred. Google says automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Attribution is for evaluating recorded journeys and outcomes; it is not a guarantee of demand or performance.
What should I ask before purchasing?+
Ask which channels, pages, calls, intake fields and outcome milestones will be covered; how ownership and escalation are represented; where the data appears; what your team must provide; and how the service connects with the ROI Dashboard and other Bosseo services.
