1. Define the geographic question before reading the dashboard
A St. Martin law firm may describe its service area by the CDP, Jackson County, a wider Mississippi market or particular cities. Those are different geographic scopes. The Census record identifies St. Martin CDP and its relationship to Jackson County; it does not show where prospective clients search, call or retain counsel. That distinction matters when a dashboard reports city, county or state performance. A ranking associated with a location is not automatically a lead from that location, and a call does not establish that the caller lives in St. Martin.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geography is defined for keywords, calls, leads, forms, matters and revenue. Decide whether your internal reports should separate St. Martin from Jackson County and from the rest of Mississippi. Keep those labels consistent before comparing practice areas or allocating budget.
