Will Automation replace our CRM or case-management software?+
Bosseo describes Automation as connecting the systems your firm already uses rather than replacing them. The exact connection and information flow should be confirmed for your software and workflow.
Which systems does Bosseo publicly list?+
The Automation page lists Clio, MyCase, Filevine, PracticePanther, Smokeball, Lawmatics, HighLevel, Zapier and API-based connections. Ask Bosseo to confirm your exact system, fields, permissions and intended handoff.
Can our staff take over from an automated workflow?+
Yes. Bosseo’s public description says staff can step into a conversation or workflow manually while automation handles tasks such as logging, routing, reminders and follow-up. Your firm should define the takeover and escalation rules.
Can follow-up differ by case type?+
Bosseo describes follow-up sequences written for the firm and its case types, with timing, wording and channel decisions reviewed with the firm. Approve the categories, messages, stopping rules and human-review points before use.
What should we measure?+
Start with events your systems can reliably record: when an inquiry arrives, when it is logged, who owns it, when a response is sent, whether a consultation is booked and what happens afterward. Do not treat a population estimate or an automation itself as evidence of demand or results.
Does automation guarantee search visibility or new cases?+
No. Automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, inquiries or cases. Bosseo’s Automation service concerns operational connections and follow-up. Review search and marketing questions separately and evaluate performance using your firm’s measured data.
