Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The U.S. Census Bureau records Natchez as a municipality in Adams County, Mississippi. Its 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 14,192, with a margin of error of 30. That is a description of the place, not a marketing forecast. It does not establish how many people search for a legal service, how many prospective clients will call, or how much revenue a firm can generate. A dashboard should therefore make geography explicit rather than treating every contact as a Natchez result. Ask whether a view can distinguish Natchez from the rest of Adams County and from any broader service area the firm elects to evaluate.
Recommended approach
Before a review, write down the cities, county area and practice areas the firm wants measured. Use those definitions to test whether rankings, calls, forms and leads are being interpreted consistently. If the firm serves clients outside Natchez, keep those areas visible as separate categories rather than folding them into a Natchez conclusion.
