1. Start with the geography the dashboard is meant to measure
Louisville city and Winston County are not interchangeable reporting areas. The Census record identifies Louisville as a municipality and records its county relationship as Winston County. Your firm may choose to evaluate city-focused visibility, county coverage, Mississippi-wide activity or several areas separately. The dashboard page says it can show service-and-city keyword targets, city data and leads by case type. That makes geographic definitions a first-order measurement issue: a result for Louisville should not silently stand in for the whole county or the state.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, ask Bosseo to state exactly what each geographic view represents. Decide whether “Louisville” means the municipality, whether Winston County is a separate reporting area and whether statewide rankings belong in the same decision view. Keep households, individuals, population estimates and prospective contacts separate. The Census population estimate can help identify the place being discussed; it cannot establish legal demand or forecast results.
