1. Define the reputation geography before you invite anyone
Your firm may serve Louisville, Winston County or a wider Mississippi area. Those are not interchangeable audiences. Louisville is recorded as a municipality, and the Census relationship identifies Winston County; neither fact establishes how far your clients travel or where prospective clients search. A review program should therefore begin with a service-area decision: which office or profile is being represented, which communities are genuinely served and whether one Google Business Profile accurately describes that footprint. Avoid presenting city population as evidence that a review campaign will produce a particular number of inquiries.
Recommended approach
At consultation, map the firm’s actual service area against the profile and matter types you want represented. Decide whether the primary goal is stronger local proof for Louisville, broader Winston County visibility or a clearly defined Mississippi practice area. Keep the geography consistent in requests, public profile information and measurement.
