1. Define the journey you need to understand
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as a way to see a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions and intake answers in one journey. For a Jackson practice, the first question is not whether a city page, advertisement or referral is “working” in the abstract. It is whether your records can connect a particular inquiry to the path that preceded it. The relevant geography may include Jackson and the firm’s service area across Hinds, Madison and Rankin counties, but those places should remain distinct in your reporting. A Jackson city inquiry and an inquiry from elsewhere in the surrounding counties should not be treated as the same geographic record merely because both are near the office.
Recommended approach
Review how your firm currently records source, service area, matter type, consultation status and signed-case status. Ask Bosseo to show how those fields would be attached to a journey and how geographic labels would be kept accurate rather than collapsed into one “Jackson” category.
