1. Define what “ROI” means before reviewing the screen
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads, case types, retainers and revenue as connected measures. Those labels still require firm-level definitions. A potential new client is not the same as a signed matter, and a call is not automatically a qualified opportunity. Your Shakopee practice may serve people in the city, elsewhere in Scott County, or beyond; the dashboard should not silently treat every contact as a Shakopee result. Ask which events are counted, which fields are required, and where a partner can distinguish inquiry, qualified lead, signed client and revenue.
Recommended approach
Bring your written definitions for lead, qualified matter, retained client, case type, originating location and revenue. Ask Bosseo to map each definition to a visible field and identify any value that depends on manual classification. Do not approve an ROI view until the firm agrees on what each number means.
