1. Start with the calls your firm already handles
The Savage population estimate describes the municipality, not the number of people who contact your firm or the cases they may need. It should not be used to forecast demand or decide that you need more staff. Instead, begin with the conversations your firm actually receives from people in Savage, elsewhere in Scott County, and any other service areas you intentionally accept. Intake Coach’s public description says every intake call can be recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and reviewed with specific coaching. That makes the product relevant to a process question: are you learning from the calls already reaching your team?
Recommended approach
Review a representative set of recent intake conversations and note whether each one has a clear purpose, usable contact information, relevant case facts, an appropriate qualification path, and a defined next action. Treat Savage and Scott County as service-area labels to confirm in your own records, not as substitutes for intake evidence.
