1. Start with the journey, not the caller’s memory
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as showing a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions and intake answers in one journey. Its public product description also says calls can join the same journey. That matters when a Savage visitor does not contact your firm on the first visit or cannot identify the precise source later. A remembered answer such as “Google” may be too broad to guide a budget or page decision. The relevant review is whether your firm can connect the available web path and intake record to the inquiry without relying solely on recollection.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how a Savage-related inquiry would be represented from first visit through contact. Decide which events your firm considers meaningful: an inquiry, a qualified inquiry, a consultation, an engagement or another internal outcome. Do not treat a recorded source as proof that the source caused a signed matter until your firm has defined and reviewed the connection.
