1. Define what “Richfield” means in the report
A location label can conceal important differences. Richfield is a municipality in Hennepin County, not a synonym for the county, the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area or all of Minnesota. The Dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets and says city data can inform decisions. That makes geographic definitions a first-order implementation issue: a Richfield target should be distinguishable from a Hennepin County target and from a statewide target. The Census population estimate is context, not a demand forecast. It cannot tell you how many people will search, call, retain counsel or need a particular practice area.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Richfield location is named in rankings, leads and source attribution, and how broader geographic coverage is separated. Agree which geographic labels count as Richfield, which belong to Hennepin County, and which should be reported as metropolitan or statewide activity. Do not approve a report merely because it contains the word Richfield; approve it when the label supports a decision your firm can explain.
