What does Intake Coach review?+
Bosseo describes a report for each intake call that can include an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts and specific coaching suggestions. Confirm the configuration and access rules for your firm in a consultation.
Does Intake Coach make the decision to accept a legal matter?+
No such legal decision should be assumed from a coaching score or winability estimate. Your firm should define its qualification rules and attorney-escalation points, and decide how staff will use the information without treating it as legal advice.
Which calls can be reviewed?+
Bosseo’s public description says every intake call is reviewed, including calls answered by your team and calls handled by the AI answering system. Discuss how that scope fits your phone setup, consent practices and internal policies.
Can a small Northfield firm use it if one person handles intake?+
The public page describes use by representatives, intake managers, owners or combinations of those recipients. Whether it is useful for your firm depends on your call path, review capacity and goals. A consultation can focus on how one person would receive and act on feedback.
What should we measure first?+
Start with measures your firm controls, such as whether contact details and required facts were captured, whether follow-up was assigned, whether an escalation occurred when required and whether the disposition was recorded. Add later-matter measures only when your firm can define them consistently.
How does Intake Coach relate to other Bosseo services?+
Bosseo presents AI Answering as part of the same AI Phone System and describes Automation for follow-up sequences and ROI Dashboard reporting for intake and marketing information. Review those services only if they address a gap in your current process; do not assume they are required without discussing your configuration.
