1. Put New Prague geography into every measurement definition
New Prague’s recorded county relationships are Le Sueur County and Scott County. That matters because a report can produce different answers depending on whether “New Prague” means the city itself, either county, or a wider area your firm serves. A city population estimate cannot be used to predict demand or revenue, so the dashboard should not turn that number into a performance expectation. Instead, ask how city, county and other service-area labels will be represented in rankings, calls, forms, leads and source attribution. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city data, service-and-city keyword targets, and questions about which cities produce calls. It does not establish your firm’s geographic configuration in advance.
Recommended approach
Ask for a written geographic definition for each tracked view: New Prague city; Le Sueur County; Scott County; and any additional area your firm elects to serve. Review whether a call or form can be associated with a location without treating the association as proof of a case. Use the city’s Census record as eligibility and context only, never as a baseline forecast.
