Start with the profile people actually compare
Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes a system for requesting reviews from real clients, responding to reviews and tracking review growth. The service page also presents review count, rating and response activity as factors to examine when people compare firms. Those statements describe the product’s stated approach; they do not guarantee a ranking position, a call or a signed matter. For an International Falls firm, the first question is whether the profile accurately represents the practice and its service area. A city profile should not be treated as proof that every person in Koochiching County is a prospective client, and a Koochiching County relationship should not be presented as a separate office or a wider market unless the firm actually serves it.
Recommended approach
Review your profile’s name, address, phone number, practice description, service-area wording, current rating, review count, recency and unanswered comments. Decide which geographic relationships are accurate to publish: International Falls, Koochiching County or another area the firm genuinely serves. Keep city, county and individual client information distinct.
