1. Review the calls your team actually handles
Bosseo’s public Intake Coach page describes every intake call as recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, and analyzed after the conversation. The described report includes an AI score, a winability estimate, the quoted retainer, a call-quality review, a summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. The page also describes coverage for calls handled by the firm’s team and by the Bosseo AI Phone System. Those capabilities give you a concrete basis for review, but they do not establish your firm’s call volume or the types of matters callers raise in Grand Rapids or elsewhere in Itasca County.
Recommended approach
Map your current call paths before deciding what should be evaluated. Separate calls answered by staff, calls handled outside normal availability, attorney callbacks, repeat callers, and inquiries that do not become consultations. Ask which categories may be appropriate for coaching and which require a separate legal, privacy, or records review. Do not use Grand Rapids’s population estimate to forecast any of these categories.
