1. Define the geographic coverage before asking for reviews
A Chisago City practice may serve people within the city, elsewhere in Chisago County, or across a wider Minnesota service area. Those are different geographic choices. The Census record identifies Chisago City as a municipality and places it in Chisago County; it does not show where a particular firm’s clients live or where its matters originate. That distinction matters because a review program should reflect the clients and matters the firm is actually allowed and prepared to serve. Before implementation, compare the firm’s Google Business Profile, website service-area language, intake records and signed matters. Identify whether the profile presents the firm as serving Chisago City, Chisago County, Minnesota, or another defined area. Do not treat the city’s population as evidence that one coverage choice will outperform another.
Recommended approach
Create a written geographic decision: Chisago City only, Chisago County and Chisago City, or a broader Minnesota scope supported by the firm’s practice and intake capacity. Use that decision when reviewing profile language, requests and reporting.
