1. Define what “ROI” means before reviewing the screen
The public ROI Dashboard page describes leads and matters by case type, along with rankings, calls and revenue signals. Those categories are useful only when your firm agrees on the business events behind them. A call may be a potential new client, an existing client, a vendor or something else. A form submission is not automatically a qualified matter, and a matter is not automatically retained revenue. Ask Bosseo to show how the dashboard distinguishes these states and what information is required before a number is treated as an ROI input.
Recommended approach
Bring your current definitions for inquiry, qualified lead, consultation, opened matter, retained matter and collected fee. Ask which definitions the dashboard can display, which remain firm-controlled, and how corrections are handled. For a Sumpter-serving practice, decide whether geography means Sumpter township, Wayne County, another service area or a combination. Do not use the township population estimate as a forecast of case volume.
