Start with your actual unanswered-call path
Bosseo’s public AI Answering page describes a team-first arrangement: calls ring your people first, and the AI is presented as stepping in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. The page also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays, and overflow. Those capabilities matter only if they match the way your Sterling Heights practice handles calls. A local service area does not establish how many people call, when they call, or whether staffing is inadequate. Review your phone records instead. Separate unanswered calls caused by lunch, court, another active call, after-hours inquiries, and intentional screening. This distinction determines whether you need a safety net, a revised routing rule, or a different intake decision.
Recommended approach
Bring a recent, privacy-appropriate summary of call outcomes to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to map each current path—answered by staff, voicemail, callback, referral, or escalation—to the proposed AI path. Do not approve a setup until ownership of the next action is explicit.
