1. Start with the geography behind every number
The Census record identifies Springfield charter township and its Oakland County relationship. It does not establish how many prospective clients search from Springfield, how many matters originate there, or whether a particular practice area has local demand. That distinction matters when a dashboard reports city, county or service-area activity. A lead associated with Springfield should not automatically be treated as a lead from all of Oakland County, and an Oakland County total should not be presented as Springfield performance.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the geographic definition attached to each relevant metric. Confirm whether location means the search target, landing-page location, caller location, intake address, service area or another field. Decide in advance whether your firm will evaluate Springfield separately, combine it with Oakland County, or review a broader Michigan market. Keep those views distinct so a larger geography does not make a smaller one appear stronger than the data supports.
