1. Put Rockford’s geography in the measurement plan
The Census record identifies Rockford city as a municipality in Kent County. That distinction matters when a firm asks which cities or areas produce calls. A dashboard view of “Rockford” should not automatically be treated as a view of Kent County, the wider metropolitan area or all of Michigan. Those are different geographic scopes. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city and case-type data, including questions about which cities produce calls. The useful pre-purchase question is therefore precise: what geographic labels will appear in your firm’s reporting, and what area does each label represent?
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is defined in the dashboard and decide whether your firm will review Rockford city separately from Kent County or another service area. Record the scope beside every geographic measure so a local observation is not mistaken for a countywide or statewide result.
